Refund Policy

1. Subscription Charges

Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges and keeps paid access until the end of the active billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and are generally considered within 7 days of the initial purchase, especially for duplicate billing or major technical blocking issues.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Partial month usage after successful access to paid features.
  • Requests made long after the billing date without a technical issue.
  • Account suspension due to policy violations.
  • Plan downgrades requested after renewal was successfully processed.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to billing@seoprospector.io with: account email, transaction date, invoice reference, and reason for request.

6. Processing Time

If approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method via Stripe and may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider.
