Refund Policy

Single audit (one-time purchase)

Because a report is generated and unlocked immediately after payment, single-audit purchases are non-refundable once the full report has been delivered. If the scan failed to run or the report is clearly incorrect (for example, it errored out and no report was generated), contact support@seoprospector.io within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

Agency Monthly / Agency Unlimited (subscriptions)

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; this stops future renewals. We don't provide partial refunds for the current billing period, but you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If you're charged after cancelling, or believe you were charged in error, contact support@seoprospector.io and we'll investigate and refund incorrect charges.

How to request a refund

Email support@seoprospector.io with your account email and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within 3-5 business days.
