1. The service

SEO Audit scans a website URL you provide and produces an automated technical SEO report (score, checks, recommendations) and, on paid plans, a downloadable PDF. It is an automated diagnostic tool, not a substitute for professional consulting advice, and results reflect what our checks can detect at the time of the scan — not a guarantee of search ranking outcomes.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to create an account.

3. Plans & payment

• Single audit — a one-time purchase that unlocks one full report.
• Agency Monthly / Agency Unlimited — recurring subscriptions, billed automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period except as described in our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to scan websites you don't have the right to audit in a way that violates applicable law, to abuse or overload the service, or to attempt to circumvent rate limits or paywalls.

5. Intellectual property

You own the audit reports and PDFs generated for URLs you submit. We retain ownership of the SEO Audit platform, its scoring methodology, and its branding.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep scans accurate, but automated scans can have false positives/negatives, and we make no guarantee of specific search engine rankings or traffic outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant audit or subscription period.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
