seoprospector is a product brand operated by TransactSolution, which is the legal contracting entity and merchant of record for billing.

2. Service Description

seoprospector is a SaaS product that assists users with lead qualification, SEO opportunity evaluation, and outreach workflow support.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
• You must provide accurate information for billing and support.
• You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless stated otherwise. You can cancel renewal at any time. Paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms are defined in the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful activities, fraud, scraping abuse, or attacks against third-party systems. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or terminated.

7. Availability

We target reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may temporarily affect access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and liability is limited to fees paid by the customer in the relevant period.
