This Privacy Policy explains what information SEO Audit ("we", "us") collects when you use this service at seoprospector.io, and how we use it. 1. What we collect

• Account data — the name and email address you provide when you create an account.
• Audit data — the website URL you submit for scanning, and the resulting report (score, issues found, page content signals we extract to produce it). We only fetch and analyze publicly accessible pages of the URL you provide.
• Billing data — for paid plans, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details ourselves. See that provider's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
• Branding data — if you use white-label PDF customization, the logo and color you upload are stored to apply to your exported reports.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.

We do not collect more than is needed to run the service, and we do not sell your data.

2. Why we collect it

• To create and manage your account and audit history.
• To run the audits you request and generate your reports/PDFs.
• To process payments for paid plans.
• To keep the service secure and diagnose problems.

3. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies/local storage entries needed for the site to function (keeping you signed in, remembering your language and cookie choice). See our Cookies Policy for details. We do not currently run advertising or analytics trackers; if that changes, this policy and the cookie banner will be updated first.

4. Third parties

We share data with the minimum set of processors needed to run the service: our database/auth provider (Supabase), our payment processor, our hosting provider, and Google — for Core Web Vitals checks (via the PageSpeed Insights API, which receives the URL you submit) and, if you connect that integration, for Google Search Console data. Each only receives the data necessary for their function.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and audit history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@seoprospector.io.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@seoprospector.io.

7. Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes materially.
